The spa facilities were fantastic, with a variety of pools, saunas, and treatments to choose from. The natural thermal water was a highlight, and we enjoyed feeling completely relaxed after our visit. The location was also great, situated in a peaceful and picturesque area with plenty of outdoor activities available to explore. We appreciated the helpful staff who provided excellent service during our stay.
The room was outdated and lacked basic amenities such as a fridge and terrace, which were advertised on the hotel's website. The prices for food and parking were also quite steep, which put a damper on our experience.
